I started training many years ago for the simple reason that I wanted to maintain a healthy weight. I realised the following – good looks are not the most important thing, but it is better to have them. Looking good creates inner comfort and self-confidence, helps deepen the relationship with yourself, and your sense of self-worth grows proportionally to the efforts made and the results achieved. Maybe this is the time to talk about results. During the first year of my unbearable daily training routine there were no noticeable changes.
I believe the reason for this was that I was trying to cope on my own. Often, a person needs external help and if they seek it and trust in it, they can progress quickly in their physical training. As a coach, it is extremely important for me to teach you how to do the movements correctly in the very beginning of our acquaintance. This provides a solid foundation for progress so that the results will come and it also prevents injuries and traumas. In my long experience as a consultant, I approach the needs of each person individually. As a certified trainer, I would say that in order for training to be beneficial, it must be spaced out and tailored to the current state of the trainee. Very often, people who start training are overworked and exhausted, and this reduces their motivation to continue. Sports is health, body tone and self-confidence, but only if you know what you are doing!

My working methods - what you get:
1. I work with you through video consultations lasting 60 minutes, during which we have a conversation through which I can learn more about your current sports form, as well as your health status.
2. It is important for me to get to know your short- and long-term goals and expectations regarding training. During the consultation, we discuss your individual needs and abilities in order to take the right steps towards a positive change. An effective plan is drawn up, tailored to them.
3. Based on our conversation, I get information about your sports history, your physical and health condition, lifestyle, and activity levels.
4. I create an individual training program especially for you, which you receive by e-mail containing a link to a video for a period of seven days. Along with the video, you receive useful tips to achieve the desired form.
5. PERSONAL PACKAGE Training - "Excellent form" is suitable for those involved in sports, regardless of the level they are at.
6. During this week, following the training program, I am available for any questions (on viber or facebook).
7. I believe that the most important thing is the support of the people around us. That is why I suggest that you invite to the video consultation someone close to your heart, who has proven over time that you can trust and rely on them. Let them be present with you.

Payments for personal programs are made in advance, prior to the scheduled session. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before our meeting. In case of late arrival on your part, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
