More about my coaching methods
I have met all sorts of people in my many years of coaching. Most of them feel good in general classes and prefer group settings. Unlike group-based training, individual training gives you the opportunity to choose a time that is convenient for you, according to your schedule. Thanks to our individual sessions, I will pay particular attention to your correct performance of the movements. I will also constantly motivate you to achieve better results and will build upon your training each time. My goal is to encourage you, even if it seems challenging at first. Anyone can benefit from my services if they genuinely need them.

An individually flexible training program will be prepared, which means that adjustments can be made, if necessary.

My working methods - what you get:

I work with you through video training sessions that take place online in my personal studio. Each training session lasts 65 minutes. The first five minutes are spent on an introduction, during which we introduce ourselves to each other and you briefly tell me about your health status and goals.

The workout lasts 50 minutes, and I guide you through each of the individual exercises.

After the workout, there is a 10-minute relaxation.

After the end of each class, you receive 2-3 minutes of general guidance on the exercises.

Price: 50 EUR
Payments for personal programs are made in advance before the time. You have the opportunity to change the reserved time 24 hours before our meeting. In case of delay on your part, the time of our meeting remains within the same time range.
