More about my history with food
Let's start with the fact that I am a child of the 1990s, a time when information flowed in a completely different way. I had no idea that fried food is harmful, that fizzy drinks contain calories or that it is not very appropriate to eat your third serving of French fries. I grew up in blissful ignorance. Until I started to notice its effects. And they were unpleasant, to say the least. I started to ask myself questions and developed a desire to look for ways to eat healthier – and consequently, to look and feel better.

With my innate curiosity and a dose of doubt, I began to enter the world of healthy eating and found that the advice provided by nutrition experts called for specific products, extended periods of hunger and no small amount of time and financial means needed for its implementation. I wandered the vicious cycle of effort and guilt in anticipation of quick results. Their diet plans only had short-term effects and my dissatisfaction grew. While studying at the sports academy, I gained more comprehensive knowledge about food and the human body and, by connecting that to the daily nutritional needs and busy schedules of my clients, I created a system of basic and affordable food products that can be purchased at any grocery store.

Since then and over the course of my experience, I have come to understand that habits change slowly and with difficulty, and without guidance from someone who is competent and, more importantly, has gone through these steps, it is easy to get lost in the ocean of information and to give up because the time and effort invested yield no results.

My working methods - what you get:

I work with you through video consultations lasting 60 minutes, during which we have a conversation through which I can learn more about your eating habits and tastes. It is important for me that your diet is built around the products you prefer to consume.

After you reserve and pay for an appointment on the website, you will receive an e-mail with the date and time of our meeting, as well as a link to our online meeting. If you prefer to contact me in person, you can always do so by phone and reserve an appointment.

Based on the online consultation, I send you a link by e-mail with a video (or description) of the dishes to consume for a period of 7 days. You receive the link within 48 hours after the meeting. Its validity is 10 days.

During the week, while you are following the nutritional program, I am available for any questions (on viber or facebook). Even if I can't answer right away, I'll get back to you within a few hours.

Along with the videos, you'll also receive a weekly shopping list with products that are specifically needed for your plan.

I believe that the most important thing is the support of the people around us. That's why I've added an option to invite someone close to your heart to the video consultation, someone who has proven over time that you can trust and rely on them. Let them be with you.

Exclusively and only for you, I also add a free anthropometric study (monthly subscription) to the service for determining your somatotype. In this way real results can be tracked over time. The somatotype determines the constitution of your body, the percentage ratio between mesomorph, ectomorph and endomorph. The measurements can be made online.
